By using new technology, we designed a Horizontal Steam Conditioner that steam-flakes grain through an exclusive steam process. This new technology results in livestock feed with a higher starch content compared with other old traditional, steam conditioners.
Livestock will yield a larger weight gain per pound of food in comparison with competitors’ feed. This higher starch availability makes for a higher quality of livestock feed. With such high nutritional content, daily animal efficiencies can be improved by as much as 20 percent.

Not only does the Horizontal Steam Conditioner generate consistent product but also does so at lower operational costs — in some cases as much as 40 percent to 50 percent less.
